Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, April 10, 2007– Reticle Partners LLC, Pittsburgh’s first Search Fund,
announced today that it completed the acquisition of Columbia Northwest Inc. - a Pennsylvania based
leader in manufacturing lightweight travel trailers. Columbia Northwest Inc. and its two main brands,
Aliner and Cabin A, are expected to benefit greatly from the new ownership.  The new shareholders
predict significant return through top line growth.

In addition to Reticle Partners, two other Pittsburgh based private equity groups, the Pennsylvania
Growth Fund and BlueTree Capital Group, co-invested in the acquisition.

Began in Pittsburgh in July 2005, Reticle Partners was founded as a Search Fund, which is a unique
private equity structure allowing entrepreneurs to raise a buyout fund through two capital calls. Upon
the completion of the acquisition, Reticle Partners will be fully invested and will shift all its acquisition
activities to the Pennsylvania Growth Fund III. David Harel, a principal and co-founder of Reticle
Partners, will head the operations of the Pennsylvania Growth Fund III seeking investment opportunities
in the same space.

Ned Collins, the principal and co-founder of Reticle Partners, will step into the main leadership role in
Columbia Northwest Inc. augmenting the current management and positioning the company for fast
growth.
