Reticle Partners, LLC is a management run buyout fund founded by two entrepreneurs, Ned
Collins and David Harel. Reticle Partners was founded with the purpose of acquiring an
industrial services or manufacturing company. On 31 March 2007 Reticle Partners acquired
Columbia Northwest Inc.
Reticle Partners is fully invested and had shifted its investing operations to the Pennsylvania
Growth Fund.
What is a Reticle?
A Reticle is the electronic image seen in the sighting system of modern tanks. The use of
Reticle references the principals' former careers as military officers and the partnership's
focused search strategy.
